Money-back guarantee applies to all regular-priced items purchased within 30 days. If your item was purchased after 30 days, we will not be able to offer a refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund for purchases not made at rritual.com. If your purchase was made at one of our retail partners, please return to the point of purchase.
Due to the nature of our product we only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
